Melton is back in the South Hills!

The Florence Melton School of Adult Learning course has become a requirement for Jewish leaders, and South Hills Jewish Pittsburgh is thrilled to partner with the Jewish Community Foundation of the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh to present these classes exclusively in the South Hills in 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.

Federation Scholar Rabbi Danny Schiff is the lead instructor for these engaging courses, focusing on Jewish values and ideas. Rabbi Ron Symons, Senior Director of Jewish Life at the JCC of Greater Pittsburgh will join Rabbi Schiff as an instructor.

Classes  (25  per year) will be held on most Wednesdays from October 18, 2017-May 23, 2018 at Temple Emanuel of South Hills and Beth El Congregation.

The course is SOLD OUT. No additional registrations are being accepted. South Hills Jewish Pittsburgh was pleased to provide underwriting assistance for the two-year course.
